Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors including type and size of product ordered, whether it is an item that is carried in stock, at which warehouse in the UK or if a special order being imported for you. Look out for the delivery times displayed on the product pages that act as a guide to delivery estimates. If you place an order that has a delay, we will email you outlining your options.

When your order is ready to be dispatched, a member of our team will call to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.

Please note our delivery lead times are working days – if an order is placed on a weekend your order will be processed on the following Monday.

Deliveries are to UK mainland only, this excludes PA2/IV2/KW.

Faster deliveries – if you need a quicker delivery time please get in touch and we can look at what is the quickest delivery time we can provide. Charges may apply.

We make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives exactly as your order, however there may be occasions when either a manufacturer or one of our team makes an error, which we will always try to resolve as quickly as possible once we know.

  • Deliveries are palletised and delivered to the curbside. (excludes small packages such a basin mixer which will be sent as a package not a pallet)
  • Check your delivery carefully, making sure that all items are present and correct
  • Check all items for any damage
  • You need to notify us of any problems within 48hrs of receiving the goods
